I would like to use a pair of D-Class Amps to power my Subs. Can I use Output Channels 9/10 (RCA) for a Signal to these?

Absolutely. The RCA outputs are great for that. simply connect the RCA cables from the AC650 to you subs and control and DSP everything from the app.
